76ers acquire Ish Smith from Pelicans

The Philadelphia 76ers have acquired point guard Ish Smith from the New Orleans Pelicans, Action News has learned.
The trade involves two second-round picks.
The 76ers have waived guard Tony Wroten.
Smith was previously on the 76ers during the 2014-2015 season.
