FRESNO, Calif. (WPVI) -- Fresno police have identified the woman they say ran around tasing several people over the weekend.
Investigators say Jasmine Stevenson, 19, shocked people in the back, arms and torso in front of the Walmart store on Herndon and Ingram avenues in Northwest Fresno. When Stevenson was arrested, they found a pink stun gun on her.
Police say a total of four people were stunned, including a 12-year-old. The father of the child tried to intervene, but Stevenson bit him in the chest and ran away.
She was eventually tracked down and booked into jail on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, child abuse and resisting arrest.
