Fresh off big win, Kasich visits Villanova University
VILLANOVA, Pa. (WPVI) -- Hours after his first primary election victory, presidential candidate John Kasich came to the Delaware Valley.
The Ohio governor, whose win Tuesday over Donald Trump and the other Republican candidates allows him to continue in the race for the White House, made a noontime appearance at Villanova University.
Kasich held a town hall meeting on Villanova's campus at the invitation of the school's Student Government Association.

The meeting, which lasted about an hour, included questions and answers from Villanova students and others.
Describing himself as unorthodox, he is strongly anti-abortion and against medical marijuana. Unlike front-runner Donald Trump, who promises mass deportations, Kasich's backs a pathway to citizenship for illegals.
On fighting ISIS, he says America must take the lead.
"We're going to have to be in the air, and then we're going to have to be on the ground, and Americans are going to have to be there. You know why? Because nobody else is going to do this," Kasich said.
Domestically, he preaches outreach to minorities and to those who have fallen through the safety nets.
"I do not believe it is moral in America for the mentally ill sleeping under a bridge or in a prison," he said.
Brian Kelly was in the audience. He said he liked the message and the way it was delivered.
"I was actually a Donald Trump supporter coming in - it's an unpopular opinion. I really enjoyed John Kasich's opinions," he said.
Kasich prevented a total Trump takeover by denying him victory in Kasich's home state.
But after Tuesday's contests, it remains mathematically impossible for the Ohio governor to win a majority of delegates before the GOP's national convention in July.
Also Wednesday, Rubio supporters ended a court challenge seeking to knock Kasich off Pennsylvania's primary ballot. The court challenge had questioned whether Kasich's campaign collected enough valid voter signatures.
