Kensington shooting leaves man in critical condition

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man is in critical condition after being shot in the Kensington section of Philadelphia.

It happened around 7:35 p.m. Monday on the 800 block of East Ontario Street.

Police say the man was shot twice in the chest.

Officers rushed the victim to Temple University Hospital.

Police are hoping nearby surveillance video will help them get a better description of the shooter.
