LOS ANGELES -- Lindsay Lohan's attorney and a prosecutor are scheduled to update a judge Thursday on the actress' progress on completing 125 additional hours of community service.

The "Mean Girls" star remains on probation for a 2012 reckless driving case filed after she crashed her sports car on Pacific Coast Highway while on her way to a film shoot.

The 28-year-old actress was ordered to perform the work with a London charity after a judge rejected some of her service. Lohan is under a deadline to complete the hours by May 28.

A Santa Monica, Calif., prosecutor had criticized Lohan receiving credit for meeting fans and other activities affiliated with her performance in a London stage production of "Speed-the-Plow."

Lohan is not required to attend Thursday's hearing.
