Storm cleanup underway after storms flood streets in Philadelphia region

The Philadelphia region is working to clean up after severe storms brought heavy rain and flooding Tuesday night.
Sunshine returns Wednesday and mixes with clouds. Dewpoints drop from the low 70s to the mid 60s.
There's just an afternoon pop-up or two, but most areas stay dry.
