Firefighter hurt battling restaurant flames in Delaware

TALLEYVILLE, Del. (WPVI) -- A firefighter was hurt battling flames at the Macaroni Grill restaurant in Talleyville, Delaware.

The flames broke out before 11:30 p.m. Monday on the 4100 block of Concord Pike.

The fire caused heavy smoke damage throughout the building.

One firefighter is stable after suffering a cut to the hand. Medics treated the injury.

It took crews about a half hour to get the fire under control.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
