Elderly man, woman killed in Mercer County crash
WEST WINDSOR TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- An elderly man and woman were killed in a single-vehicle crash in Mercer County.
The accident happened at 1:36 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of South Mill and New Edinburg roads in West Windsor Township, New Jersey.
Police said a vehicle traveling northbound exited the roadway, striking a tree.
The driver, 74-year-old Timothy R. Ignas, and 65-year-old passenger, Nicoleta Oliver, both of Henderson, Nevada, were pronounced dead at the scene.
A second passenger, 73-year-old Lorraine M. Ignas, also of Henderson, Nevada, was rushed to Capital Health Regional Medical Center for unknown injuries. Her condition is unknown.
The crash is under investigation.
