1 dead, 1 hurt in vehicle crash in Gloucester County

WEST DEPTFORD TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Gloucester County officials say a crash in West Deptford Township has claimed the life of one person.

The single-vehicle crash happened after 5:30 p.m. Friday.

Police say a vehicle went off Route 295 and landed in the 700 block of Crown Point Road.

A passenger in that vehicle was killed, and the driver was seriously hurt.

The crash is under investigation.
