Rowan University students dance through the night for a good cause

GLASSBORO, N.J. (WPVI) -- About 700 students from Rowan University danced the night away for a worthy cause.

The dance-a-thon ran from 10 p.m. Friday until 4 a.m. Saturday.

The event was organized by the Rowan University Greek Council and Office of Greek Affairs.

All the dancing was not just a lot of fun for the students.

The event raised about $30,000 for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
