Sketch released of Del. indecent exposure suspect

NEWARK, Del. (WPVI) -- New Castle County Police have released a composite sketch of a suspect sought in connection with multiple reports of indecent exposure in Glasgow Park.

The latest incident was reported on Nov. 23 in Newark.

Police say the victim was using a portable toilet near the tennis courts when an unknown male opened the door.

The suspect reportedly apologized, and then returned shortly after, exposing his private parts.

The victim fled on foot and called police.

Police say the victim in the first incident told them the suspect approached her from behind, while she was running, and touched her on the buttocks. There was a brief verbal exchange, and the suspect fled on foot.

The suspect has been described as a black teen, 6 foot 3 inches tall, with a thin build and weighing about 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and sneakers. He has a high-top fade hairstyle.

No injuries were reported in any of the incidents.
