CLAYTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Delaware State Police have charged a Clayton man with growing marijuana and making methamphetamine in a lab in his home.

Members of the Kent County Governor's Task Force went to a home on Lion Hope Road on Monday to find 50-year-old David Moser, who was wanted on several warrants. Police also say they received a tip that he might be making meth at the home.

Police say Moser was arrested and a search of the home turned up equipment and ingredients for making meth. Police say they also found marijuana plants growing in the home.

Moser is charged with operating a clandestine laboratory, manufacturing methamphetamine and marijuana and other offenses. He is being held on $37,850 cash bond.
