Good Samaritans help save heart attack victim

A Lehigh Valley man suffered a heart attack while walking across the street.

Luckily for him, a nurse and a construction worker at the scene immediately started CPR.

It happened in front of the Sands Casino in Bethlehem Tuesday afternoon.

Officers arrived and continued CPR and used a defibrillator.

The man was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
