Man fatally shot in head; suspect in custody

LOGAN (WPVI) -- Police said they have a suspect in custody in connection with the murder of a 41-year-old man in Logan.

The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. in the 5200 block of North 10th Street.

Police said the victim answered a knock at the door, and was shot three times in the head by the suspect upon opening it.

He was rushed to Einstein Medical Center and pronounced dead at 7:58 p.m.

The victim's wife was home at the time of the shooting, police said.

It is believe the victim and suspect had a disagreement earlier in the day.

The suspect was apprehended at 13th and Lindley Avenue.
