Man lights police car on fire

SOUTHBRIDGE, Mich. (WPVI) -- Surveillance video shows a man dousing a police cruiser with gasoline in Massachusetts.

And then laughing and cheering as he lights it on fire.

The crime happened in Southbridge on Tuesday night.

Police identify the arsonist as Arthur Burnham.

They say he has had 16 run-ins with police in the past six months.

Police took him into custody on arson charges.

The car was a K-9 cruiser that had special equipment inside.
