Police: Boy, 11, forced to strip at gunpoint, then assaulted in Olney

OLNEY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are seeking four teenagers who forced an 11-year-old boy to take off his clothes at gunpoint before assaulting him.

It happened at 4:50 p.m. on July 12 at A and Champlost streets in Olney.

Investigators say the boy was at the playground when the four teens began chasing him.

They cornered him in a nearby driveway.

That was where they forced the boy to take off his clothes at gunpoint. Then, they took a photo of him with an iPhone, then they punched him in his stomach and face.

The group then fled in an unknown direction.

"It is shocking. I have a 9-year-old and he was bullied before. It sounds like bullying," said resident Olga Alvarez.

"Just a very disturbing act, a classic example of bullying. It's just beyond - for these young teenagers to do this to an 11-year-old child," said Lt. John Stanford.

The suspects are described as black males between 14 and 15 years old. A surveillance photo released by police showed one wearing a red shirt and blue shorts.
