Police investigate Wilmington double shooting

WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- Wilmington police are investigating a double shooting.

Gunfire erupted just before 10 p.m. Sunday night in the 300 block of East 23rd Street.

Police say one man was shot and critically wounded.

A second victim was found four blocks away at Concord and Market streets with a gunshot wound to the arm.

He is expected to survive.

Police are still looking for the shooter and a motive in this crime.
