Student assaulted at Penn Treaty school in Fishtown

FISHTOWN (WPVI) -- A high school student was rushed to the hospital after a fight with two other students on Monday.

Medics were called to the Penn Treaty School in the 600 block of East Thompson Street at 10:45 a.m.

Police say four seniors were fighting in the bathroom.

The victim was found some kind of facial swelling, an injury that reportedly happened during the fight.

That student is being treated for a head injury.

There was no word on any possible charges.
