Tree falls on top of rowhome in Lawncrest

LAWNCREST (WPVI) -- The wet grounds caused a tree to fall on top of a rowhome in the Philadelphia section of Lawncrest.

It happened around 4:00 a.m. Saturday on the 5700 block of Crystal Street.

The ground was so saturated from the rain that it just couldn't support the tree roots.

Fortunately, there was no one hurt.

And, thankfully there was not much damage to the home.
