STRAWBERRY MANSION (WPVI) -- A woman was hospitalized in critical condition after a house fire in the Strawberry Mansion section of Philadelphia.

The blaze broke out around 10:00 a.m. Saturday on the 2900 block of Susquehanna Avenue.

Firefighters arrived to heavy flames showing from the second floor of the house.

They doused the flames and took control within ten minutes.

A 50-year-old woman was taken to Temple University Hospital for burns and smoke inhalation.

Two men also suffered smoke inhalation along with minor burns but did not require hospitalization.

The cause of the fire is under investigation but officials say it appears to have been accidental.
