Woman stabbed in the back in Kensington

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- A woman was stabbed in an apparent domestic dispute in Philadelphia's Kensington section.

It happened around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 2900 block of Janney Street.

Police say a 25-year-old woman was stabbed in the back.

She was taken to Temple University Hospital in stable condition.

No word on any arrests.

Police are investigating.
