North Carolina boy says he was fat-shamed by Santa

FOREST CITY, N.C. (WPVI) -- A jolly time led to a holiday moment a boy would like to forget.

The North Carolina boy claims he was fat shamed by Santa, and it'll always hurt.

The conversation with Father Christmas left the 9-year-old in tears.

The low point came after hours of laughter on Saturday on Main Street.

Anthony asked for an IPod touch and a drone for Christmas when his family says he was body shamed.

Mr. Claus who was employed by Forest City did apologize to the Mayse family.

But the town manager didn't say whether disciplinary action was taken.
