18-year-old shot and killed in Chester

CHESTER (WPVI) -- An 18-year-old was shot and killed in the city of Chester overnight.

Police responded to the report of gunshots around 1:20 a.m. Saturday in the 3100 block of West 9th Street.

When they arrived at the scene, they found Julian DeShields with gunshot wounds to the back.

So far, there's no word on a suspect or motive in the case.
