Boy, 4, dies in farm accident in Berks County

MAXATAWNY TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Officials said a 4-year-old Berks County boy has died after being struck by a piece of farm equipment Saturday morning.

It happened just before 10 a.m. on the 400 block of High Road in Maxatawny Township.

Pennsylvania State Police said 4-year-old Michaellyn Wegner died in the incident.

Police said the cause of death has been ruled accidental.
