2 hurt in police-involved vehicle crash in Chester

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police in Chester are investigating an accident involving one of their own Friday.

It happened near 9th Street and Avenue of the States around 1:30 this afternoon.

Officials say a car crashed into a cruiser.

There were injuries, but police have not said if the officer was hurt or if it was the other driver.

The cause is still under investigation.
