The FBI has arrested two women who tried to rob a bank in the Poconos while they were dressed as nuns.

Surveillance photos were released of the attempted robbery near Tannersville in Monroe County back in August.

The pair ended up leaving the bank empty-handed.

Nineteen-year-old Swahilys Pedraza-Rodriguez and 23-year-old Melissa Aquino Arias appeared before a judge in Newark, New Jersey Monday.

They are also accused of robbing two banks in North Jersey last month wearing head scarves.
