Fire damages home in Tioga neighborhood

TIOGA (WPVI) -- Firefighters are investigating what sparked a fire that damaged a home in Philadelphia's Tioga neighborhood.

Flames were coming out of the home just after 2 a.m. Tuesday on the 1900 block of West Erie Avenue.

The Philadelphia Red Cross is assisting four adults displaced by the fire.
