GERMANTOWN (WPVI) -- Members of the Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church took part in an annual tradition, all to help raise money for seniors and those with diabetes.
The annual "Fit for Eternity" walk and run kicked off in Germantown Saturday.
The congregation walked five miles from Enon West to Enon East.
This commemorates the Baptist tradition of marching from the site of the old church building, to the new one.
This is the 12th year for the event.
All proceeds from the walk will benefit local seniors with diabetes.
