Tires slashed on several cars near City Hall

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- An act of vandalism is under investigation in the shadow of Philadelphia City Hall.

Police say someone slashed the tires of several vehicles parked near 13th and Filbert overnight.

The damaged vehicles were discovered Saturday morning. Most of them have been towed from the scene.

No arrests have been made.
