Teen injured after being struck by car in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A teenager is recovering from a head injury after he was hit by a car in North Philadelphia Wednesday morning.

It happened after 8 p.m. along the 3700 block of North Broad Street.

The 15-year-old boy was rushed to Saint Christopher's Hospital.

Police say the driver stayed on the scene.

They have not said if that person will face any charges.
