Youngsters feed their need for speed in Phoenixville

PHOENIXVILLE, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- In this week's One Tank Trip, you can feed your need for speed.

Drivers are racing around a dirt track in Phoenixville.

And some of these drivers are not even old enough to have a license.
