16-year-old injured following shooting in Philadelphia's Grays Ferry section

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 16-year-old boy is in the hospital after being shot in Philadelphia's Grays Ferry section Monday morning.

It happened just after 10 a.m. in the 2600 block of Latona Street.

Officers found the victim when they arrived on scene and rushed him to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

He is listed in stable condition.

So far, no arrests have been made.

Authorities are still trying to figure out what led up to the shooting.
