16-year-old shot in neck in Philadelphia's Frankford neighborhood

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police are investigating after a teenager was shot in the neck in the city's Frankford neighborhood.

Chopper 6 was over the scene on the 4700 block of Tackawanna Street just before 2 p.m. Tuesday.

Police say the 16-year-old victim was rushed to the hospital, where he is currently listed in stable condition.

No arrests have been made at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
