170 vape pens stolen during Northern Liberties smoke shop break-in

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police released surveillance video of the moment a man broke into a Northern Liberties business.

It happened around 4:46 a.m. Tuesday at Star Cloud Smoke Shop on the 600 block of North Front Street.

The suspect is seen shattering the front door glass and taking items from a display case. Officials say 170 vape pens were taken before he got away.
