2 facing charges after major fentany bust in Philadelphia, DA Krasner announces

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Investigators have announced details of a major drug bust impacting multiple neighborhoods in Philadelphia on Monday.

District Attorney Larry Krasner said the drug bust is the result of a long collaboration between local, state, and federal law enforcement partners.

Two suspects, 46-year-old Raabitah Reynolds and 51-year-old Ephraim Ramsey, face felony charges in connection with the illegal operation.

Krasner said police seized a large amount of drugs, including 58 kilos of cocaine, a gallon of PCP and 20 kilos of fentanyl, some of which officials said was being used to manufacture dangerous counterfeit pills.

He gave specific credit to Moose, a K-9 with the Bensalem Police Department.

"Moose stands on business," Krasner said.

Some of the drug packaging allegedly had a cobra logo, as well as a Mercedes logo on them, officials said.
