K-9 helps find missing 6-year-old with special needs in New Castle County, in Delaware

NEW CASTLE CO., Del. (WPVI) -- A K-9 in Delaware deserves extra treats after tracking a lost child.
The dog, named FiasKo, helped find a missing six-year-old boy with special needs in New Castle County.
The child went missing one week ago in Brandywine Creek State Park.

The K-9 was able to track the child's scent and lead his handler, Corporal DiGati, to a wooded area.
A member of the search team heard a noise and was able to find the child.
The 6-year-old was barefoot and muddy but in good health, and was safely reunited with family members.
