CHERRY HILL, N.J. (WPVI) -- Actor Gary Busey pleaded guilty Thursday to one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact in connection with a 2022 groping investigation in South Jersey.
Authorities said Busey, 81, touched several women during photo shoots at the Monster Mania Convention at a Cherry Hill hotel on Aug. 13, 2022.

Under the terms of the plea agreement, prosecutors agreed to dismiss three counts of criminal sexual contact and one count of attempted criminal sexual contact.

Busey had previously pleaded not guilty to the charges.
He now faces several probation conditions and must pay a fine.
During Thursday's hearing, Busey's defense attorney attempted to have the indictment dismissed, but the motion was denied by Judge Gwendolyn Blue.
Busey is scheduled to return to court for sentencing on Sept. 18.
The actor has appeared in dozens of films, including Lethal Weapon, Predator 2, and The Buddy Holly Story.
