Bus carrying middle school football team crashes in Beaver County, Pa.

ECONOMY, Pa. (WPVI) -- A bus carrying middle school football players crashed in western Pennsylvania.

Officials say 28 people, including players, coaches and the driver were on the bus when it crashed Saturday morning in the town of Economy, Beaver County.

One child needed emergency surgery.

Everyone else has since been released from the hospital.

The cause is under investigation.
