Care packages delivered to incarcerated women at Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Women incarcerated at the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center were given care packages on Tuesday morning.

The non-profit Why Not Prosper delivered 'Love Bags' that were packed with body wash, journals, feminine hygiene products, and other everyday essentials.

They also provided home-cooked meals as a way to spread holiday cheer during the Thanksgiving season.
