Casinos doubling down in Atlantic City

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- The Tropicana and Borgata casinos in Atlantic City are reinvesting millions into their gambling areas, hotels and entertainment venues.

The Tropicana announced a 25 million dollar renovation that will redo 500 hotel rooms, a casino area, eateries and its outdoor multimedia light show.

The Borgata is spending 50 million on projects that include an outdoor pool, a new nightclub and new meeting space.
