Salis Hanrahan was killed in the shooting on July 8.
The 20-year-old had been working at Barr's home on the 400 block Ripka Street.

Federal officials say Hanrahan was in the country illegally, and had been connected to a traveling group, that targeted homeowners with fraudulent contracting work.
