CHOP's 'Runway' show raises over $1.1M for NICU care

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Children's Hospital of Philadelphia hosted its popular annual event, "The Runway," in Center City, Philadelphia.

The lunchtime fashion show raises funds for CHOP's Newborn and Infant Intensive Care Unit

Some of those young patients were part of the show there at the Bellevue Hotel.

Anchor Alyana Gomez served as emcee, and several other Action News faces were there, including Briana Smith, Sharifa Jackson, Maggie Kent and Katherine Scott.

This year's event raised just over $1.1 million for the CHOP NICU.
