PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- If you're looking for something special to do with your sweetheart, let two award-winning musical Valentines entertain you.
Broadway's Christine Andreas and her husband, composer Martin Silvestri, are coming to Philadelphia for an evening of songs, stories and love spells.
"It's a homecoming," says Andreas. "I'm a Camden girl. Marty's a Philly boy."
It's a homecoming, indeed, for the musical power couple.
"Our show is a musical journey of our lives together," Andreas says.
They are taking "Love is Good" to all seven continents, but next week, they're coming back to their roots for a Valentine's Cabaret.
"We've been all over the world with it," Andreas says. "It's our experiences as a couple, as individuals with music, and it is romantic, because we love making music, and we're kind of fond of each other," Andreas says.
To say the least! Andreas and Silvestri have been married for more than 35 years.
Andreas is a two-time Tony Award nominee and Silvestri, a Villanova University alumnus, is a Grammy-nominated composer and musical director.
"Marty's a great showman," she says. "We're a pretty good team at putting it all together in a wonderful, loving, warm package."
The duo is performing at the Broadway Cabaret at Rittenhouse Grill in the Warwick Hotel Monday, February 16.
