Community rallies behind 12-year-old boy with cerebral palsy to get service dog trained

A South Jersey boy with cerebral palsy and his future service dog are ready to team up, but the $15,000 training fee stands in the way.

Now, a local nonprofit is working to fundraise the cost that insurance does not cover.
