Six Flags Great Adventure cancels Holiday in the Park event

JACKSON TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Six Flags Great Adventure is canceling its Holiday in the Park event.

Season passholders received an email with the information this week and have been posting the message online.

The park in Jackson Township, New Jersey, says the decision will allow them to focus on their "core operating season," which is the spring, summer, and fall.
