Flooding on I-95 NB causes traffic issues during morning commute Monday

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Flooding is causing issues for commuters on I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia Monday morning.

Lanes are restricted during the morning rush on I-95 northbound, between Exit 26: Betsy Ross Bridge - New Jersey to Exit 30: Cottman Avenue/Rhawn St.

Water on the roadway is causing major delays for drivers.
