PLUMSTEAD TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Authorities in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, accuse a former restaurant manager of groping at least one teenage boy and grooming several others.
A Plumstead Township police investigation into 33-year old Richard Brooks from Freehold, New Jersey, began back in April.

Police received a ChildLine report of predatory behavior toward a boy who worked at a Saladworks in Plumstead Township, where Brooks was a manager.

Brooks has been charged with Corruption of Minors, Indecent Assault and Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession with the intent to Manufacture or Deliver.
He is being held on 10% of $100,000 bail.
