POTTSTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- A former Board member for the Carousel at Pottstown pleaded guilty to a felony theft charge on Monday.
Adam Sager was accused of stealing nearly $300,000 from the non-profit that runs the carousel.
That money was supposed to go toward renovations to the Carousel.
Prosecutors say Sager used $295,000 to pay a debt he owed as a result of a lawsuit against him.
Sager agreed to repay the money and was sentenced to 10 years of probation.
