SHARON HILL, Pa. (WPVI) -- A judge found a former Delaware County assistant fire chief guilty of ethnic intimidation and related charges.
The ruling came during a bench trial for 48-year-old John Romano.

District Attorney Tanner Rouse says Romano confronted a Black woman during a road-rage incident in Sharon Hill in November of 2024, using racial slurs and threatening to find where she lived.
Romano denied the allegations but admitted making racist comments during a police interview.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on September 28.
