PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- SEPTA says it has suspended service on three of its Regional Rail lines on Monday morning due to downed Amtrak wires at the 16th Street Junction in North Philadelphia.

The affected lines include Chestnut Hill East, Fox Chase, and Norristown/Manayunk.
Southbound trains on the Warminster, West Trenton, and Lansdale/Doylestown Regional Rail lines will end at Fern Rock station, with passengers directed to the B for access to Center City.
Northbound trains will end at Suburban Station.
SEPTA says commuters on the affected Regional Rail lines should expect delays of up to 20 minutes while repairs are underway.
The outages are expected to last until 2 p.m. on Monday.
